Class Times: 5:30am, 7:30am, 9:00am (Women’s Only), Noon, 4:00pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm;

Open Gym- 6:30am-7:30am

Leonidas Barbell Club meets at 7:30pm!

Coach Matt and I decided we needed to spice up our summer a little bit, so we are hereby declaring this third week of June- Nasty Girls Week. Each day this week we will be pairing our strength cycles with one of the Nasty Girls! Stay tuned… a whole lot of nasty coming your way! Be sure to enter these in your journals as they are all great benchmarks!
