Coach Matt and I decided we needed to spice up our summer a little bit, so we are hereby declaring this third week of June- Nasty Girls Week. Each day this week we will be pairing our strength cycles with one of the Nasty Girls! Stay tuned… a whole lot of nasty coming your way!
