Class Times: 5:30am, 7:30am, 9:00am (Ladies Class), Noon, 4:00pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm; Open Gym- 6:30am-7:30am

Posterior Chain/ Shoulder Mobility

Strength:

A) 4×5 Tempo Deadlift (4 second descent)- AHAP

B) 4×5 HSPU   (modified box HSPU or 4×10 Pushups)

WOD:

Double Unders   (Singles)

*Tabata is performed at :20 of work and :10 of rest for 8 rounds. In other words, you will spend 4 minutes on each movement, before moving on to the next.
