Class Times: 5:30am, 6:30am (Weightlifting), 7:30am, 9:00am (Ladies Class), 4:00pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm

Please remember that there will be no class this Saturday as we are hosting a USAW Sports Performance Coaching Course. Open Gym on Sunday will be pushed back from 2:00-4:00pm. 

Active Recovery Day:


10 mins to work a skill of your choice

Monostructural Active Recovery:

3 x 1000m Row

4-5 mins of mobility between rows


3 x 800m Run

4-5 mins of mobility between runs

Weightlifting Active Recovery:

5 x 5 Tall Snatch -very light

5 x 5 Tall Clean- very light

10-12 mins of mobility


Complete a WOD you missed from earlier in the week
