CrossFit Class Times: 5:30am, 9:00am, Noon, 4:00pm, 5:30pm; Open Gym: 4:00-6:30pm

ATTENTION: Because of the large class size at 5:30pm today, we will be bringing back the 4:00pm class today in hope stop reduce class sizes. 

Warm- Up:

MedBall Warm-Up

Shoulder/Hip/Ankle Mobility

Strength:

Front Squat

5×5 @ 70%

WOD:

As many rounds as possible in 10:00 of:

Sprint 100m            (If temperature is below 35, can be substituted for 200m Row)

10 Burpees         (must fully extend hip and clap overhead)

Warm-Down:

3×10 Weighted GHD Sit-Ups
