CrossFit Class Times: 5:30am, 7:30am, 9:00am, Noon, 4:00pm, 5:30pm

*REMINDER: There will be no class this Saturday, February 20th. Come support the Maxx S&C athletes at the Rebel Well Mighty Half Marathon and 5K! We will have a tent set up at the Race Expo Friday night 3-8pm and Saturday morning 7am-until in the Manning Center/IPF on campus

Warm-Up:

MedBall  Warmup

Shoulder/Hip/Ankle Mobility

Strength:

5×5 Bench Press

*Start around 60% and work up to heavy  as possible

WOD:

‘Open WOD 15.3’

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 14 minutes of:

7 muscle-ups (Sx: 14 Pull-ups)

50 wall-ball shots

100 double-unders

Accessory Work:

Calf smash on Kettlebells- 2 minutes on each calf
