Strength:

A) Back Squat

3×5 @ 65% 1RM

2×5 @ 70% 1RM

B) 5x ME Unbroken  Toes 2 Bar

Perform as many T2B as possible in one unbroken set, without coming down off the bar  (*no more than 12)

WOD:

Deadlifts 225/155

HSPU      (Scale: DB/KB  Push Press)

Accessory Work:

3×10 Weighted Sit-Ups
