CrossFit Class Times: 5:30am, 7:30am, 9:00am, Noon

Friday Night Lights- athlete Briefing at 5:30pm, Heats will begin at 6:00pm and run every 25 minutes (Please check the FNL Facebook event page to find your heat)

Shoulder/Hip/Ankle Mobility


5×3 Strict Press- Start around 60%,work up to heavy  as possible


Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:
25-ft. overhead walking lunge    95/65#
8 burpees
25-ft. overhead walking lunge    95/65#
8 chest-to-bar pull-ups
