Strength:

A) Front Squat   (5×5 @ 70%)

B) 5 x ME HandStand Push Up  (limit 10 reps a set)

(sub strict DB press for HSPU, or 20 second HS Hold)

WOD:

4 Rounds For Total Reps

A) Wall Ball (20/14)

B) Kettlebell Swing  (53/35)

C) Pistols (sub single leg box squat for scale)

D) Double Under
