Partner WOD: 

20min AMRAP-

400m Odd Object Carry

(Partners must carry a combined weight in ‘odd objects’ of their choice- kettlebells, plates, dumbbells, barbells, etc. Male/Male Partners- must combine for a total of 100lbs. Male/Female Partners must combine for a total of 85lbs. Female/Female Partners must combine for a total of 75lbs. )

50  Pull-Ups

100 Double Unders

Partners will complete the 400m together and chip away at the reps 1 partner working at a time.
