CrossFit Class Times: 5:30am, 7:30am, 9:00am, Noon, 4:00pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm

Leonidas Barbell meets at 6:30pm

Today beings our annual testing season¬†that will take two weeks to complete. Each day we will be accomplishing various max lifts, max effort gymnastics movements and benchmark WODs. This is one of my favorite times of the year because it provides us a time to see how far we’ve come and point out areas in which we need to improve! I can’t wait to see lots of PR’s over the next two weeks and I hope you all will be encouraged by how far you’ve come! Your coaches are already impressed!¬†

Warm up:

If you know you will need more time than usual to warm up for the 1RMs, plan accordingly to arrive early to begin preparing for the lifts.

200m Run

Dynamic/PVC Warm up

Shoulder/Hip/Ankle Mobility

Strength:

20 Minutes to find 1 Rep Max Snatch

Conditioning:

1 Mile Run for time

(Testing 1 mile run)

WOD:

‘Annie’

-50-40-30-20-10-

-Double unders

-Sit ups

Accessory:

Stretch/Foam Roll
