Max Effort Unbroken Double Unders (5 Attempts)
-take 10 minutes to attempt your Max unbroken double unders
-if you do not have double unders, you will attempt max unbroken singles
-this would be a good time to practice your double unders
WOD:
“GRACE”
30 Clean and Jerk (135/95)
-SX1 (115/75)
-SX2 (95/65)
Strength:
Max Weight Pull-up
-use remaining time to attempt a 1RM pull up with weight
-If you do not have a strict pull up, take this time to find smallest band needed
-work on strict or kipping pull up
