Hip/Shoulder/Front Rack Mobility

Strength:

20 Min to find 1RM Clean and Jerk

Conditioning:

Max Effort 500m Row

Skill:

Max Effort Handstand Push up

(if unable to do HSPU, max effort HS Hold)
