This week is #nationalpoliceweek, a week dedicated to recognizing those who have paid the ultimate sacrifice and an opportunity to show our appreciation for those that protect us everyday. Maxx Strength & Conditioning would like to thank our local, Oxford Police Department and the University Police Department for all that they do to protect us, our families and our students!

Warm-Up:

Posterior Chain / Shoulder Mobility

25min AMRAP-

11 C2B Pull-ups                         (Scales: Pull-ups/ Banded Pull-ups/ Ring Rows)

2 Deadlifts 315/205#               (Scale 1: 275/185#   Scale 2: 225/155#  Scale 3: 155/105#)

10 HSPU                                      (Scales: Dumbbell Press 40/25# / Barbell Push Press 95/65#)

*Remember that this is hero workout- intended to be a longer, grind. Expect to be moving a little slower, but efficiently so that you can maintain your sets throughout the 25 minutes.
