Strength:

A) Snatch Grip Strict Press

-5×5 Working to moderately heavy

B) Supinated pull up

WOD:

-25 Toes 2 Bar

-5 KB Snatch (53/35) (RIGHT) (does not have to touch ground, just below knee)

-10 Overhead KB Lunge (RIGHT)

-5 KB Snatch (LEFT)

-10 Overhead KB Lunge (LEFT)

-25 B0x Jump (24/20)

Accessory:
