Medball Warm up

Squat Prep/ Front Rack Mobility

Strength:

Front Squat

-5×5 @ 70%

WOD:

4 Rounds For Time

-30 Double Unders

-20 KB/DB Snatch (53/35)  10 on each arm, does not have to be alternating

-10 KB/DB Goblet Step Up (20in box)

Accessory:

Hollow Hold

-3×30 Seconds
