4  Pistols (on each leg)

1  Squat Snatch 155/105#

7  Chest 2 Bar Pull-ups

7  Hand Stand Push-ups

6  Burpee Box Jumps 24/20″

We’re heading to Sardis in the afternoon for a day on the lake! The boat can fit 8 people so we’ll find some space on the beach to set up camp and we’ll exchange from there. If you’d like to come, meet at the gym at 12:30pm to carpool out there. Please bring your own food, drinks, chairs, towels and anything else you need. We will have two tents for some shade.
