Warm up:

400m Run

Dynamic Warm up

Squat Prep/ Overhead mobility

Strength:

Pause Back Squats

-5×3 @ 70% with 3 second Pause

WOD:

4 Rounds of :30 work/ :30 rest for total reps

-A) Snatch Grip Deadlift (95/65)

-B) Hang Power Snatch

-C) Overhead Squat

-D) Bar Facing Burpees

Accessory:

Handstand Holds

-4×30 Seconds

(May also work on HSPU or Handstand Walks)
