Warm up:

Medball Warm up

Squat Prep/Hip/Ankle Mobility

Strength:

Back Squat

-1×5 @ 70%

-1×4 @ 75%

-2×3 @ 80%

-1×2 @85%

WOD:
-6x200m Run

1 Minute rest between intervals

10 Burpees if +/- 10 seconds between intervals

Accessory:

Hollow Hold/Superman Hold/Rest

20/20/20 sec x3
