15 minutes working to heavy

WOD:

10 Minute AMRAP (For Max Reps of Toes 2 Bar)

-100 Double Unders

-400m Run

-Max Effort Toes 2 Bar

Accessory:

Plank Holds

-3×45 Sec Holds

Burpee penalty for dropping (10 for whole class)
