Front Rack/Overhead/Ankle Mobility

B) Strict Pull Ups

-5x ME (weight if needed)

WOD:

14 min EMOM

A) :40 of Max Effort Rowing

B) :20 Plank Hold

Score will me total meters rowed.

Reset Rower each Round. Add up total at the end
