Warm up:

500m Row

Shoulder/Hip Mobility

SKILL:

15 minutes to work on Pull up Progression

if you have Pull ups

Work on Muscle ups

WOD:

5 Rounds NOT FOR TIME (recovery wod)

-10 Box Jumps (any height)

-10 KB Swing (any weight)

-10 Slam Balls (any weight)

 

IF YOU HAVE MISSED A WOD FROM EARLIER IN THE WEEK YOU MAY MAKE IT UP AFTER DOING SKILL WORK WITH THE REST OF THE CLASS.
