Workout: 

‘Luke’ (Lift Up Autism WOD) 

5min AMRAP of:

4 Power Cleans (155/105)

24 Double Unders

10 Pull-ups

*Rest 5 min*

then, 5 min AMRAP of:

5 Shoulder 2 Overhead 135/95#

10 Deadlift 135/95#

15 Box Jumps 24/20″

We’ll start this workout off with ‘Luke’, the Lift Up Autism WOD. Once that 5 min AMRAP is completed, we will take a 5 min rest to change weights & equipment, before we begin the second 5 min AMRAP.
