NO CLASS SATURDAY DUE TO EARLY KICKOFF

Warm up:

Tabata Jump Rope

3 Rounds

-6 Push up

-7 Jump Squats

-8 Banded Good Mornings

Strength:

Bench Press

Take 15-20 Minutes to find 1 RM 

WOD:

10 Minute AMRAP

-15 Deadlift (115/75)

-15 Box Jump

-50 Double Unders     SX: (25 Attempts or 125 Singles)

Accessory:

Foam Roll/Moblize
