500m Row

Dynamic Warm up

Active Recovery and Mobility

-400m Run/500m Row

Barbell/Kettlebell Smash

Spend 5 minutes on each

-Quads

-Calves

-Hamstring

Shoulder Mobility

-Foam Roller with KB or Bar

-LAX Ball
