Power Snatch (75/55)   Partner Deadlift hold

Pull up        Partner Deadhang

Push up      Partner Plank Hold

Each partner will complete 21/15/9 of each movement

While 1 partner is working, the other partner is holding the paired movement

Reps only count while partner is in hold

REST 5 MINUTES

As a team

-50 Wallball (20/14)

-50 Box Jump Over

-50 Cal Row

while 1 partner is working, the other partner will be running 100m

when partner returns from run, will begin where other teammate left off
