Gymnastics: 6:30pm

Warm up:

2 Minute of Jump Rope

Dynamic warm up

Active Recovery:

For 14 Minutes

Every 2 Minutes (E2MOM)

-12 KB Swing

-10 Push up

-8 Box Jumps

(Blue Print- Choose light weight KB, and Step ups if needed)

Accessory: 

Bottoms up KB Strict Press

-3×5 each arm
