Warm up:

-400m Run

-Dynamic Warm up

Mobility:

Hip

Shoulders

Back

Active Recovery:

15min EMOM

-1) 30 Double unders

-2) 10 Wall Balls

-3) 10 Handstand Push up        (Sx: 6HSPU)

Scale HSPU as needed, rest at least 20 seconds before next minute.

Blue Print: 

15min EMOM

-1) 30 Single Unders   (or 30 secs of Jump Rope) 

-2) 10 Wall Balls  10# 

-3) :20 HandStand Hold  or 10 DB Push Press 

Accessory:

Single Leg KB DL

-3×5 each leg
