Warm up:

-100m Row

-5 Burpees over Rower

Mobility:

Shoulders

Hips

Ankles

Strength:

A) Bench Press

-5×5 Working to heavy  5

B) Bent Over Row

-5×5 Same weight on all 5 sets

WOD:

16 minute AMRAP

:30 sec of work :30 sec of rest

-5 Pull up

-10 Push up

-15 Air Squat

Treat this like Cindy with a built in rest

Accessory:

Partner Glute Ham Raises from floor
