Class Time- 9:00am

Teams of 2-3 on a 6:00 clock at each station. 2:00 min rest between stations.

Station 1: 

3 x 100m Barbell Farmers Carry

ME Parallette Burpees

Station 2: 

20 Tire Flips

ME Over the Tire Jumps

Station 3: 

8 x 25m Prowler 180#    (prowler may be pushed together or individual) 

ME Stone to Shoulder

Station 4: 

400m MedBall Run 20/16#

ME Wall Balls
