Filthy Fifty Gone Bad

5 x 5 minute rounds with a 1 minute rest between rounds

-50 Box jump (24/20)

-50 Pull up

-50 KB Swing

-50 Lunge

-50 Wall Ball (20/14)

-50 Push Press (75/55)

-50 Calorie Row

-50 Double Unders

 

Teams will work through movements for 5 minutes

Start where you left off fro previous round, after 1 minute rest

Split reps as needed, 1 partner working at a time
