2 Min Rest between Rounds

Start each round with

100m Run

-then with remainder of time-

AMRAP of

-9 Deadlifts (135/95)

-6 Hang Power Clean

-3 Shoulder 2 Overhead

 

Start where you leave off, after 100m Run at beginning of round
