Warm up:

200m Run

-10 KB Deadlift

-10 KB Swing

-10 Goblet Squat

Mobility:

Front Rack

Overhead

Hips

Strength:

A) Push Press

-6 x 5-8 reps

B) Pull up

-6 x 5-8 reps

Practice Chest to Bar, or the skill level you need most practice with

WOD:

3 x 4 minute AMRAP

2 Minute rest between AMRAPS

 

4 Minutes of

-5 Thrusters (95/65)

-5 Burpees Over the Bar

Accessory:

Overhead Plate Holds

-Accumulate 3 Minutes
