It’s Open Week 1 and Friday Night Lights begins THIS Friday! If you would like to register and you have not yet, you can get signed up on the clipboard at the front desk! FNL is for everyone and workouts are scalable so come check it out!!

2x (3+3) @ 65% Front Squat – 3 sec pause on FS

2x (3+3) @ 70% Front Squat – 3 sec pause on FS

1x (2+3) @ 75% Front Squat – no pause
