Warm up:

400m Run

3 Rounds

-30 Single Unders

-20 Air Squat

-10 Push Up

Mobility:

Hips

Shoulders

Posterior Chain

Strength:

Back Squat

-2×4 @ 70%

-2×3 @ 75%

-2×2 @ 80%

WOD:

8 Minute AMRAP

-30 Double Unders

-5 DB Hang Clean and Jerk (50/35)

-5 DB Overhead Lunge

-5 DB Hang Clean and Jerk

-5 DB Overhead Lunge

Do one set of 5 C&J on one arm. Keeping DB in same arm, perform the 5 Overhead lunges.

Then switch to opposite arm to perform next 5 DB C&J/5 OH Lunge

Accessory:

Uneven KB/DB Suitcase holds

-3×30 Seconds (Each Side)
