-20 Wall Ball (20/14)

-15 Sit up W/Wall Ball

-100m Run W/ Wall Ball

5 Burpee Penalty if you drop WallBall at any point

Burpees are done IMMEDIATELY after ball drop….NOT AFTER WOD

Tabata Side Plank

:20 One Side :10 Rest

:20 Opposite Side. :10 Rest
