Warm up:

200m Run

3 Rounds

-8 Banded Good Morning

-8 Push up

-8 Wall Ball

Mobility:

Front Rack

Hips

Posterior Chain

Strength:

Clean Complex.  Work to heavy

1 Clean Pull + 1 Clean (Squat) + 1 Front Squat

WOD:

3 x 4 Minute AMRAP

1 Minute Rest between rounds (start where previous round leaves off)

-4 Handstand Push up

-6 Deadlift (185/125)

-8 Pistol Squats (4 each leg)

Accessory:

Foam Roll

Stretch
