CrossFit Class: 5:30am, 8:00am, 9:00am, 4:00pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm

This is intended to be a recovery day, not necessarily a testing day

Warm up:

400m Run

Dynamic Warm up

Mobility:

Hips

Shoulders

Ankles

Strength/Skill:

– Max Effort Double Unders (no more than 5 attempts)

-Max Effort Pull ups (unbroken)

WOD:

1 Mile Run

(if you would like to make up a tested wod from earlier in the week, that you MISSED, you may do so)

Accessory:

Foam Roll

Stretch
