Strength:

E2MOM (every 2 minutes on the minute)

For 10 minutes

-3 Hang Squat Snatch @ 70%

WOD:

Reverse Jackie

-30 Pull up

-50 Thruster (45/35)

-1000m Row

(DO NOT DROP BAR!  If you think you will need to drop bar, use lighter bar and add weight)
