CrossFit Class: 5:30am, 8:00am, 9:00am, 4:00pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm

Starting May 14th. There will be no Noon or 6:30pm Class

400m Run

Dynamic

Shoulders

Hips

Ankles

Strength/Skill:

Every 90 Seconds for 4 Rounds

A) 5-8 Kang Squats (just the bar)

B) 5-8 Seated Box Jump

C) 8-12 Reverse Levers

WOD:

2 Rounds

100m Farmers Carry

200m Sled Pull

Accessory:

Wall Sits

-accumulate 3 minutes

add weight if needed
