Class Times: 5:30am, 8:00am, 9:00am, Noon, 4:00pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm

HALLOWEEN WOD- On Wednesday, October 31st wear your costume to WOD in any class.
The Maxx Strength community will vote on the Best Costume and prizes will be awarded! 

WARM UP
200m Run
10 Kossak Squats
10 SL Ring Assisted Squats
10 Hip Circles
10 Glute Bridges

MOBILITY
Squat Prep
Shoulders
Lats

Specific Warm-Up:
10 Barbell Back Squats
2×5 Back Squats @ 40%
STRENGTH:
Back Squats
3 x 10 -heavy as possible (this should be around 60-75%)

CONDITIONING
2 Rounds
On a 7:00 clock
800m Run
with remaining time AMRAP of:
Burpee Box Jumps
* rest 2 minutes between rounds

ACCESSORY
3×10 OH DB Sit-ups
