HALLOWEEN WOD- On Wednesday, October 31st wear your costume to WOD in any class.
Pictures will be taken and the Maxx Strength community will vote on the Best Costume and prizes will be awarded!

300m Run

CONDITIONING:
‘Hold Onto your Pumpkins’
For Time-
400m Pumpkin Run
30 Pumpkin Tosses (Wall Balls)
20 Pumpkin Sit-Ups
10 Deadlifts 225/155#
20 Pumpkin Sit-Ups
30 Pumpkin Tosses (WallBalls)
400m Pumpkin Run

*5 Burpees if you drop your pumpkin. You may set your pumpkin down once to complete the 10 Deadlifts.
Use a medicine ball (20/14#) as your “pumpkin”.
