When and why did you start CrossFit?
I started crossfit about 2 years ago and i started because I was looking for a way to get active
What is your favorite movement? Favorite workout you’ve done?
My favorite movement is power cleans and I’m not really sure about workouts but any really long, hard workout I enjoy because when I’m finished I feel super accomplished and proud that I completed it.
What is your favorite meal?
I love to eat steak and mashed potatoes.
If you could have one superpower, what would you be and why?
If I could have one super power it would be that I could fly just because it sounds fun
What is your WHY?
I would say that more than anything I Love crossfit because it gives me a community to be a part off and I’m so thankful I found you guys to be my gym away from home and that y’all excepted me into the community.
