PARTNER WOD

In teams of 2, complete the following movements waterfall style for 25 min AMRAP- 

100m Run

10 Pull-Ups

1 Round of “DT”

12 Deadlifts 155/105#

9 Hang Power Cleans 

6 Shoulder to Overhead 

Partner will complete the 100m Run, then tag partner 2 to complete the 100m Run. Partner 1 will complete 10 pull-ups, then tag partner 2 to complete the pull-ups. Partner 1 will complete 1 rounds of DT then tag Partner 2 to complete 1 round of DT. Partners must tag hands before moving onto the next movement.
