Our schedule next week will be reduced as follows. We hope you are able to spend time with friends and family this Holiday season and we thank you for allowing us to spend time with ours as well.

New Year’s Eve (Dec 31st) : 9:00am ONLY
New Year’s Day (Jan. 1st) : CLOSED (check FB for Open Gym Times)

400m Run
Dynamic Movements

Posterior Chain
Hips/ Ankles

For Time, with a Partner
800m Run with Plate (together, 1 plate)
50 Box Jump Overs
60 Shoulder to Overhead (95/135)
70 Burpees to a Plate
80 Power Snatches (95/135)
Accumulate 1500 M Row while partner holds plate overhead

*Split work any way, 1 PWAT- after the 800m Run
