800m Run with Plate (together, 1 plate)
50 Box Jump Overs
60 Shoulder to Overhead (95/135)
70 Burpees to a Plate
80 Power Snatches (95/135)
Accumulate 1500 M Row while partner holds plate overhead

*Split work any way, 1 PWAT- after the 800m Run
