This is the cycle benchmark workout.  This will be the first of our own benchmarks that we are developing.  Go hard, give it your best effort, and record your score so you will know what you need to beat next time! If you are very strong with these two movements then stringing clean and jerks together might be a good idea.  For most people it will be a better idea to do singles and drop it from the top.  Pick a weight that you can do fast singles.
