All membership plans automatically roll over once initial commitment is completed and require 30-days written (email) notice of cancellation.
Our CrossFit program is the classic implemented program that follows CrossFit, Inc.’s philosophies and methodologies. This program is tailored specifically to the needs of our members.
Everyday will consist of a dynamic warm-up & mobility, strength training, mastery of body weight skills & movements, and a Workout of the Day (WOD).
All aspects of the day’s workout are scalable, and our coaches strive to ensure that each athlete is challenged within their own abilities, while maintaining safety for the athletes.

Personal Training is a great alternative for individuals who would prefer to work 1-on-1 with a trainer rather than in a group setting, or for individuals with highly specific goals.
This is a great opportunity to receive specialized attention for an individual or a couple to exceed their workout expectations and goals. Whether your goals are to compete as a CrossFit athlete, to prepare for a specific sport, to overcome old injuries, or to simply live a healthier, more fit life, personal training is a great option for you.

Maxx Strength & Conditioning’s Weightlifting, Gymnastics & Mobility classes are offered from time to time and are included in the regular CrossFit membership package. We believe that CrossFit is a great program within itself, but these classes are for those who are interested in focusing on technique and taking their skills to the next level.
Our weightlifting classes include progressions, position drills, skill work and mobility specific to the olympic lifts. The focus on these classes is to build strength and improve speed and efficiency. Our gymnastics classes focus exclusively on the development of gymnastics fundamentals and the mobility that goes hand in hand with them.

Proper nutrition is essential to the CrossFit program and necessary to meet one’s individual health and fitness goals. Nutrition is the foundation on which we build our fitness performance. Maxx Strength & Conditioning is thankful to have access to the University of Mississippi Nutrition Clinic right here in Oxford, MS. The Nutrition Clinic offers body composition assessment, nutrition analysis, recipe modification, food diary evalutation and medical nutrition therapy by a Registered Dietitian.
