High School Summer Strength Program


The Maxx SC Summer Strength & Conditioning Program is for high school athletes in Lafayette County who are looking to enhance their current abilities through incorporating both strength work and conditioning methods into their training.  This program is done in a class setting with coaches to ensure training is done correctly with proper form and mechanics. This program is a one or two month membership specifically for high school athletes, accessing them  to special group personal training 3 days per week. It is open to all fitness levels, skill levels and abilities.

Our strength & conditioning programming focuses on basic elements of strength, speed, agility, intensity, endurance and variety. This program is not sport specific but will be a comprehensive program to prepare a better overall athlete. The more athletic you become, the better you will be able to meet the demands of your sport!

To improve overall performance, mobility, recovery techniques and nutritional guidance are also used to educate young athletes on how decisions off the field, between games, and at practices can also improve their athletic ability.

Classes will be held Monday, Wednesday Friday @ 11:00am-12:00pm

Session I – Monday, June 6th – Friday, July 1st, 2016

Session II– Wednesday, July 6th – Monday, August 1st, 2016*20 student class cap


Session I only (4 weeks) – $99

Session II only (4 weeks) – $99

Session I & II (8 weeks) – $159

-Divison I Collegiate Track & Field experience

– CrossFit Level I Trainer

– CrossFit Endurance Trainer

– Undergraduate & Master’s Degrees in Exercise Physiology.

Again, we understand that families have busy Summer schedules, vacations and other camps that your children will be attending.
