Today we are happy to be celebrating  Aaron ‘Little A’ Trujillo’s 12th Birthday today! On this special birthday, we welcome Little A as our newest CrossFit member and we have written a special WOD with some of his favorite movements- Burpees and Double Unders

Warm- Up:

500m Row

3 Rounds- 8 Ring Rows, 8 WallBalls

Shoulder/Hip/Ankle Mobility


10 min EMOM

2 Clean + 1 Jerk @70-80% 1RM



12min AMRAP-

25 Double Unders (Sx: 50 singles)

20 KB Swings 53/35

*Every 2 minutes, starting at 0:00- stop where you are and complete 5 Burpees before returning to the AMRAP.

Score is total number of DUs and KB Swings

3x 30 sec Hollow Holds
